The Service Desk鈥檚 mission is to effectively and efficiently serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff seeking a resolution to IT services provided by the college and IT services provided by the Office of Information Technology (e.g. laptops, mobile devices, software, hardware, and operating systems). We ensure that all possible measures are taken to troubleshoot and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
