City College is a top producer of physics graduates in the US

海角社区 is a top producer of physics graduates in the nation, according to the American Institute of Physics. City College鈥檚 physics department is on a list of programs recognized by the AIP for conferring the largest number of undergraduate physics degrees between 2012 and 2014. Northern Arizona University, Miami University, University of Massachusetts and University of Texas are some of the institutions that make the list. CCNY honors Phylicia Rashad and six distinguished alumni at annual gala

Award-winning actress and director Phylicia Rashad is this year鈥檚 John H. Finley Award recipient. Burnout and depression overlap considerably, according to the latest study on the subject led by psychology Professor Irvin S. Schonfeld of 海角社区鈥檚 Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership and his colleague, Renzo Bianchi, of the Institute of Work and Organizational Psychology, University of Neuch芒tel, Switzerland. CCNY research boosts optical fiber data speeds

In the latest advance to boost the speed of the Internet, a research team including, the City College of New York, University of Southern California, University of Glasgow, and Corning Incorporated, demonstrates a way to increase the data speeds of optical fibers 鈥 considered the Internet鈥檚 backbone. To honor the many Dominicans that served in the U.S. military during World War II, the CUNY Dominican Studies Institute hosts a series of discussions, screenings and an exhibit, Nov. 11, 2015 through Mar. 31, 2016, at 海角社区.
